Handling of complaints
We have established internal regulations and are committed to responding promptly and in good faith to complaints from clients and other stakeholders and gaining their understanding.
We also provide consultation services through the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC)(Note 1).

- FINMAC is entrusted by Investment Management Association of Japan, of which JEAM is a member, to receive complaints and mediate dispute resolution, and provides these services from a neutral standpoint.
Dispute resolution measures
JEAM seeks to resolve disputes through mediation by the aforementioned Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC).
