Japan Excellent Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“JEAM”), established in April 2005, is an asset management company of Japan Excellent, Inc. (“JEI”).
Since listing on the Real Estate Investment Trust (J-REIT) section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in June 2006, JEI, has been making investments in office buildings, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area and large cities such as Osaka and Nagoya, with consistent objectives of stable growth and maximizing unitholder value from medium- to long-term perspectives.
JEAM will continue to aim for stable medium- to long-term growth by drawing on the real estate and finance expertise and other know-how possessed by our sponsors, Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Daiichi Life Group, Inc.
