Basic Policy Against Antisocial Forces

In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, Japan Excellent Asset Management Co., Ltd. has established the following basic policy as well as internal systems for countering such forces.

1. Cutting off all ties with antisocial forces
   We will reject all unjust demands from antisocial forces and have no relationships with them.
2. Cooperation with external professional organization
   In anticipation of unjust demands from antisocial forces, we will establish close cooperative relationships with external professional organization (police, Centers for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers, etc.).
3. Civil and criminal legal action
   We will take both civil and criminal legal action in response to unjust demands by antisocial forces.
4. Prohibition of provision of funds and backdoor deals
   We will not provide any or engage in backdoor deals with antisocial forces.
5. Organization-wide response
   We will ensure the safety of our employees and mount an organization-wide response to unjust demands by antisocial forces.
